HDOG Open House & Demo Truck-Shift 2

The Demo Truck will roll into HDOG later this week to get bikes ready for Saturday and Sunday. For Saturday, we expect people will start showing up around 9 am to be the first to get the bike they really want to ride. 

We would like members to volunteer for timeframe(s) to be available in assisting with the event.  Dutoes will include checking people in, leading rides, and sweeping.  It is a lot of fun and a great opportunity to ride the various bikes!

For Saturday, we need volunteers from 8:45-5:00.  

We need volunteers in two shifts, first from 8:45-1:00 and 1:00-5:00.

For Sunday, we will start at rides at 12 pm so if we could have people in place by 11:30, we would be in great shape.  

We need volunteers in two shifts, from 11:30-2:30 and 2:30-5:00

The calendar has been updated to provide for these four time slots.  I would ask you go into the calendar and RSVP for the time slot(s) which suit you...feel free to work multiple time slots!!!
